Linton Bergsen Episode 105

Unlock Your Peak Performance and Mental Transformation – Discover the Self-Realization Secrets that Separate Extraordinary Achievers from the Ordinary | Personal Development | Consciousness Optimization | Growth Mindset | Spiritual Intelligence.

Have you ever wondered why some people achieve extraordinary results while others remain stuck in mental limitations and self-sabotage patterns? In this groundbreaking mindset transformation episode, join me, Linton Bergsen on the Self Realized, Shatter Your Limits podcast, as I reveal the game-changing difference between your state of mind and your thinking process – the consciousness optimization secret that self-realized individuals use to create peak performance in every area of life.

Most people dive straight into problem-solving without examining their mental foundation, but when fearful, anxious, or limiting states of mind form your starting point, even the most logical thinking leads to restricted outcomes – as I reveal, "You cannot think about something from a negative state of mind and expect a positive result."

The self-realized individual understands that optimizing your mind for maximum results requires cultivating a state of consciousness characterized by receptivity, expansiveness, and intuitive awareness. This powerful combination of spiritual intelligence (intuition) and human intelligence creates a mental transformation foundation that revolutionizes how you approach every challenge. I examine how self-sabotage stems directly from maintaining a mindset stuck in past experiences, preventing you from recognizing new opportunities for personal development and growth. Through fascinating quantum computing breakthroughs and record-breaking athletes who achieve peak performance, I demonstrate that your mental limitations are largely self-imposed. Those who achieve the extraordinary don't see limits, they see opportunities for consciousness expansion and mindset mastery.

A very warm welcome to episode number 105 of the Self-Realized, Shatter Your Limits Podcast. Thank you for taking the time out of your very busy day to join me, as we discover How to Optimize Your Mind for Maximum Results.

Linton Bergsen:

Contemplate on this for a moment. Do you think about on an ongoing, daily basis, when you go to set goals, when you think about your life, when you think about your personal life, your professional life? Do you consider for a moment is your mind optimized, before you start the thinking process, for maximum results? What do I mean by that? What do I mean by optimizing your mind for maximum results? Before you start thinking, I would strongly suggest you would need to reflect upon the state of mind that you're bringing to the thinking process that you are beginning to get involved in. The state of mind that you're in is going to affect how you begin to process those thoughts. A lot of times we don't look at things that way. We begin to think about the solutions. Thoughts come into our mind all day long. We are constantly bombarded with these different thoughts, these things we have to think about, whether it's work, whether it's personal, our finances, the meeting that we're going to have. The thoughts begin to percolate and we begin to look for solutions. Unfortunately, sometimes we begin to look for solutions from the wrong state of mind. Fear, anxiety, unhappiness, desperation. These states of mind are detrimental to you having an effective thinking process. You cannot think about something from a negative state of mind and expect a positive result. It's not going to happen. So optimizing your mind for maximum results simply means this. Before you begin to think about something, be very aware of the state of mind that you're in, before you begin to process what it is that you're thinking about.

Linton Bergsen:

It is called a thinking process for a reason. You're processing your thoughts, you're processing what it is you're going to do next, about something. For example, you might be thinking about a meeting you're going to have at work. Maybe someone that you're going to have that meeting with that there's a personality clash that you don't get along with. So now you begin to have that thinking process about how you're going to deal with this and the best way to approach it. The first question to ask yourself is this what state of mind are you in before you start coming up with a solution for the thoughts that you're having? This applies to any thoughts you're having about anything. What state of mind are you in to solve some of the issues that you are presented with in everyday life? And it could be anything. Now contemplate on this for a moment.

Linton Bergsen:

We use the term state of mind for a reason and we use the term thinking process for a reason. They are two distinctly different things. My suggestion is when you begin to understand that you could optimize your mind for maximum results in your thinking process. When your state of mind is correct, so will your thinking process be correct. Your state of mind is the foundation. It is the system that you bring to bear upon the process to get the result that you want. If your system is off, then the process is going to be wrong as well, and that is basically a combination that works in life and in business. If you know how to have the right systems in place and you know how to use that system to process what it is that you want, to produce the results consistently that you would like to have in your life, then that is a recipe for success.

Linton Bergsen:

Your state of mind is the system that you put in place for the success, for the process of your thoughts and the outcome of your thinking to manifest in a productive, positive way what it is you're trying to accomplish in life. For example, if you are approaching anything from a fearful mindset, it's called a mindset again, state of mind, and you begin the process of thinking from that fear-based mindset. And that is your base system, your foundation. You're not optimizing your mind. Your thinking is going to be off, it's going to be limited, it's not going to be expansive, because your state of mind is in fear. The self-realized individual understands this, that whatever they are doing in life, they have done their own personal development through deep introspection, meditation, journaling, whatever it has taken them to get to a certain place in life where their state of mind can be receptive to an intuitive process, to the feelings that they are having about what it is they're thinking.

Linton Bergsen:

And when you begin to have this combination of the correct state of mind, applying it to your thinking process, your outcomes become very different. You have optimized your mind for maximum results. Let me give an example of that. If you begin to think and have a state of mind of receptivity to a creative solution to problems that you're having, and you're not just limiting yourself to a logical process, you're beginning to open your own consciousness, your state of mind, the system that you're bringing to bear upon your thoughts and your thinking process to a more intuitive, expansive way of approaching how you solve problems in your life, how you create the life that you want. Because if you only bring a state of consciousness, a state of mind of limited thinking about an intellectual response to something, whether it's business or life, you are going to get stuck in just that intellectual thought about a logical solution to what it is that you're thinking about. A lot of times in our life, the best solutions that we have are not logical, they're intuitive and the expansion of your state of mind and your consciousness is optimizing your mind for maximum results. You cannot be in a limited state of mind to get maximum results about whatever it is you're thinking about. It can be health, it can be money, it can be work, it can be anything that life is going to throw at us. As long as we are consciously aware of our state of mind, we can optimize the solutions that we come up with through our thinking process.

Linton Bergsen:

Contemplate on this for a moment how many times have you made decisions and gone through a thought process about what it is you're going to do and you're thinking about how it is you want to get the results you would like, and you had a state of mind that you didn't believe in yourself, didn't have faith in yourself. You didn't have confidence in yourself when you decided that there was a course of action that you were thinking about to get what it is maybe that you would like to have your mind told you that it wasn't possible. Why are you even thinking that way? So your state of mind, the system, the foundation you have in place is not solid. It's filled with self-doubt. So the process that you then begin to implement is then flawed. It's the same in business and in life. If you don't have the right systems in place, then the outcome is not going to be what you would like. Your process is not going to be what you would like, so you have to know what it is that you want. For example, you would think this is what I would like to do. This is a dream that I have. This is something I think I can see myself doing. Then the state of mind has to match that. The state of mind has to be I am an unlimited, confident, powerful individual that can achieve and accomplish anything that I set out to do, because I've tested myself ongoing in my life, and I know, because I've done the work I've gone into that self-realization mode that I can accomplish pretty much anything I set out to do because I put my mind to it.

Linton Bergsen:

State of mind, state of consciousness, that is going to affect your thinking. Optimizing your mind for maximum results is not a complicated process. What you are going to do, and begin to do, is work on your state of mind every day. When you begin to work on your state of mind, you will find that your thinking process automatically changes and the way you begin to work on optimizing your mind for ongoing positive expectancy of unlimited possibilities is by integrating your intuition, integrating that part of you that begins to expand beyond what it is you may think is possible from the appearances of external circumstances. External circumstances are limited. My suggestion is you cultivate a state of mind that allows you to feel intuitively what is possible and create your thinking process to match what you're guided to do. What you intuitively are guided to do within yourself is optimizing your mind for maximum results.

Linton Bergsen:

Your mind is a state of consciousness. Your consciousness is not directly tied to your body, to what it is your body thinks it can do. And, as I mentioned in the previous episode, quantum computers are now getting to present this to us as a reality. And we know that because we have seen time and time again many of the records that have stood for a long time. People shatter all the time in sports. Why? Because they thought they could. Their state of consciousness, their mind, saw a number and for them that wasn't a limit. It was something to break through and pass that they could use to grow. Their state of consciousness, their state of mind, affected their thinking process, so affected their outcome. It requires you to change how you think, the limits you set on yourself and the way that you think about your life. That is going to change your thinking process, to achieve the extraordinary Change your state of mind, that will change your thinking process and that will then, in turn, change your life. If you want to go beyond where you are now, you're going to have to create a consciousness that is more expansive than where you are now and that is going to require you to step out of your comfort zone, overcome fear and have courage.

Linton Bergsen:

Courage is important to have. Why? Because having fear which I use the acronym and it's been used before false evidence appearing real doesn't mean you don't act. Courage means that you act even though you don't know the outcome of something. You might be fearful of the outcome. Courage means you have the ability to act even though there may be some fear there about what may happen. But again, having courage to act in spite of feeling the fear is a state of mind. Everything you do is a state of mind and from that state of mind you begin to start a thinking process based on the courage to act and not the state of mind to be paralyzed by fear.

Linton Bergsen:

Contemplate on this for a moment. Any self-sabotaging act that you do in life is based upon the state of mind that you're in, the thinking it promotes and the actions that you take. Contemplate on that. For example, let's say that you have had a situation in your life where you've been through some bad relationships, romantically or otherwise, friendships, just relationships and someone comes along that is pretty great, but you cannot accept this person because your state of mind has remained and is remaining on what happened prior to this person coming into your life. So your thinking process now is stuck in a previous state of mind and cannot accept the opportunity that is before you simply because your state of mind, the system that you have in place, the process you're thinking now, is stuck in the past. As long as you remain in a place in your life where you are not constantly aware of your state of mind that you are bringing to your thinking process, you cannot optimize your life. Optimizing your life means optimizing your mind for maximum results, which means being aware of where your mindset is in a very mindful way before you start any thinking process. When you begin to live life from that perspective, you don't begin to activate your thinking process from a place of anger, from a place of frustration, a state of mind of resentment of what has been done to you.

Linton Bergsen:

The self-realized individual is always cultivating, working on calm, expansive, intuitive, positive, divine, cosmic, conscious awareness, whatever you want to call it. It's essentially combining their spiritual intelligence which is what intuition is along with their human intelligence, creating a state of mind that incorporates both of those to have a successful thinking process. The correct system in place, the correct process in place, will give you the best results possible for the outcomes that you would like to see and have in your life.
