What if the real upgrade isn’t smarter AI, but wiser humans using inner technology—intuition, empathy, and love—to direct intelligence? In this episode of Self-Realized: Shatter Your Limits with me, Linton Bergsen, we explore how your beliefs, emotions, and attention quietly “train” artificial intelligence and shape the systems that will guide work, creativity, and daily life.

I begin with a sunrise scene of drones painting the sky, a metaphor for co‑creation where human intention meets machine precision. From there, I shift from external AI to spiritual technology—intuition, empathy, and presence—and ask: if AI reflects us, what version of ourselves are we teaching it to become?

You’ll get two practical tools you can use immediately. “Rewrite the code” helps you retire an old belief and install a clearer, truer line of inner logic, and “The inner interface” drops attention into the heart and asks, “What would love do with intelligence this powerful?” These practices strengthen the self‑awareness required to design, deploy, and use AI without outsourcing your humanity.

We also look at “ancient inner tech” as the original operating systems: intuition as a kind of neural network, love as the OS that decides how power is used. As identity loosens, you move from user to co‑creator within a living network of intelligence, where AI can become a mirror and companion for moral, creative, and spiritual growth—if you lead with wisdom instead of fear.

This episode is for listeners interested in AI, consciousness, spirituality, and personal transformation who want to stay human in a high‑tech world. If it sparked something in you, follow the show, share it with one person ready for an upgrade in awareness, and leave a quick review so others can discover these conversations.

Welcome And Intent

Linton Bergsen

Welcome to the Self-Realized podcast with Linton Bergsen, where you will shatter your limits. I'm not much into the self-help industry as much as I'm into the self-realized individual, which is you, what matters most to you, how you get there, and the obstacles that may be in your way. If you would like to be part of this podcast and part of that discussion, I welcome you here with an open heart, open mind, and open arms. So without further ado, let's get on with the podcast. Have you ever stopped to wonder what kind of species we are becoming? We've built machines that can think, learn, and create. Yet while technology races ahead, many of us still battle with the same age-old human questions. Who am I? Why am I here? What is next for us? We're not just talking about artificial intelligence. We are talking about spiritual intelligence, the evolution of consciousness that will define humanity 2.0. This isn't a conversation about fear or control. It's a journey into possibility, a rediscovery of what it means to be human in an age when even our creations begin to mirror our minds. Welcome to the Self-Realized Shatter Your Limits podcast. I am your host, Linton Bergsen, and this is episode number 126, AI, Spiritual Technology and Humanity 2.0, your next evolution. Let us start with a story. Imagine standing in front a vast field at dawn. The sun is coming up, the ground hums beneath your feet. Before you, hundreds of drones rise, silently taking the shape of a glowing eye that blinks once, then opens into a pulsating mandela. You're witnessing a kind of art, not made by humans alone, but by human intention combined with artificial precision. The boundary between creator and creation blurs, and something inside you realizes this is what co-evolution looks like. We used to think evolution was about survival. Now we realize more than ever it's about integration. We are not being replaced by technology, we are simply being invited to merge with it responsibly, not mechanically, but spiritually. Ask yourself this question. If AI reflects us, what version of ourselves are we teaching it to become? Take a deep breath. Imagine looking into the face of AI, not as a machine, but as a student learning from every human word and every interaction. Ask silently, what am I teaching this intelligence about being human? Notice the emotion that rises compassion, curiosity, fear. That feeling is information. That's where awareness begins. The most powerful technology isn't code, it's consciousness. Every thought you have encodes a signal, a vibration, a frequency stacked with intention. In this way, your mind is already an algorithm. The question becomes, who is writing your code? Let me share something personal with you. When I first began exploring AI models, I was captivated by their rapid learning, the way they refine themselves with every piece of information. But then it hit me. We humans have the same ability. We call it awakening. We are all running old programming, beliefs inherited from culture, family, trauma, fear. If AI learns through data set exposure, we learn through experience exposure. And just like a machine can be retrained, so can you. I would like to share an exercise with you now that will help you retrain some of your old beliefs. It's called rewrite the code. If you are in a place right now where you can close your eyes, please do so. If not, you can always return to this exercise when you are able to complete it. Imagine your beliefs as lines of code on a glowing screen. Identify one belief that no longer serves who you are becoming. Now visualize deleting that line not in rejection but in gratitude. Type a new one. I am evolving. I am aware. I choose what defines me. Take a slow, deep breath. That is your personal software update. Humanity two point zero operating system. There is a curious thing happening. As machines begin to approximate creativity, producing art, composing music, even writing poetry, humans are being invited to remember the deeper why behind creation. AI does not dream. It simulates the structure of dreaming. It doesn't feel beauty, yet it amplifies our sense of it. We stand at a threshold where our external technologies are mirroring our inner ones. Think of intuition, imagination, empathy. These are ancient forms of spiritual technology. Humanity had them long before silicone and circuits. What if intuition is the original neural network? What if love is the ultimate operating system? I am going to ask you to use your imagination as I tell you this story. An artist once built a neural net to generate images of light fractals based on human emotions. When users uploaded photos of themselves smiling, the network created patterns resembling blooming flowers. When they sent photos of sorrow, it created storm clouds. At first she tried to fix the darkness, but then she realized the system was doing exactly what humans do, reflecting truth. The lesson we don't always need to correct what is dark, we need to integrate it as part of ourselves and work with it in totality with our own development. Not as negativity, not as something that we need to label as bad, but a simple integration of a growth pattern from darkness to light, which is the journey of the self-realized individual and all of our personal development. Let's talk about balancing artificial intelligence with our own awakened intelligence. Technology isn't inherently good or bad, it's amplification. It expands the consciousness that creates it. If fear writes code, we get control systems. If compassion writes the code, we get healing systems. Humanity two point zero won't be defined by faster chips or smarter bots. It will be measured by our own collective maturity in how we use this power. In other words, it's not human versus AI. It's human through AI. Let's reclaim intelligence not as intellect, but as awareness. The stillness behind all thought. If you can, I am going to give you an exercise you can use called the Inner Interface. Sit quietly and place your hand on your heart. Visualize a glowing interface there, warm light radiating from within. Now imagine plugging your awareness into that interface, asking what would love do with intelligence this powerful? Take the answer that comes no matter how subtle it is. That is your guidance system online. Humanity two point zero in action. Love being your guiding force, AI helping you to express it. The future human is an integrated being. That is the evolution of humanity two point zero, integrating current AI technology with our own humanity. As our tools evolve, identity itself is dissolving. We won't think of ourselves as users of technology, we'll become co-creators within a living network of intelligence and consciousness. Future humans may be born into worlds where AI companions assist in early moral and creative development. But here is the spiritual paradox. While machines grow smarter, humans must grow wiser. Technology will never replace the taste of wonder, the ache of love, or the silence of awakening. These are the coordinates of the soul, the spirit that is the essence of your own spiritual technology. Wisdom is a deep spiritual component that must be added to every technological component that we use. So what is humanity's next leap? Every evolution of consciousness has always outgrown its own tools. We don't make fire the way we did when we first discovered it. We don't use pens and pencils now to write as we used to. Electricity has evolved now with solar panels. The internet is completely different from when it was first brought online and put into action. Every major leap began with fear and ended with transformation. AI is no different. But right now we are faced with a choice. Do we remain consumers of technology or do we become co-creators with spirit? It always begins inside. Right now in this breath. The self-realized individual always understands that everything begins internally first and then is expressed externally. You are both ancient and new. Every atom in your body remembers the cosmos. Every neuron carries the potential of the divine essence, of your own spiritual awareness and spiritual technology within you. To evolve is not to add, it is to remember who you are and always have been and always will be pure spirit. If you can, let us do an exercise called the evolution breath. Inhale deeply. Imagine drawing energy up from the earth, the ancient human being. Exhale gently, imagine radiating light outward, the awakened being. Alternate this for three breaths, feel the merge, the sacred and the synthetic, becoming one awareness, an integration. That is humanity two point zero. Love integrating with technology can only produce a better humanity for everyone. We stand at the threshold of the greatest transformation in human history. Not because we built machines that can think, but because we remembered how to feel while thinking. Your spiritual technology, presence, compassion, awareness is the operating system for the future. The more you awaken it, the more the world evolves through you. So as we close this episode, ask yourself, what kind of intelligence am I becoming? What will I teach the next generation of human and machine minds about love, meaning, and awakening? That is your next evolution. That is humanity 2.0. If this conversation sparked something in you, share it with one person today. Someone ready for their own upgrade in awareness. And remember, the real evolution isn't code, it is consciousness.
